Anita Briem was born in Iceland. Anita Briem, an Icelandic performer. She's best known for her role as Jane Seymour, the young female who becomes the 3rd queen of Henry VIII on the television program The Tudors. Briem started her career acting as an actress in the National Theater Iceland at 9 years old. As a child actress, she appeared in a variety of plays broadcast on radio and television in her home country of Iceland.
